NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010 CA 009336 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and DALE RUDISCHHAUSER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DALE RUDISCHHAUSER IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 5thday of December, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14252, UNIT 54, SOUTH VENICE AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND LOT 14280, UNIT 55, SOUTH VENICE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
