NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 008019 NC, DIVISION: A, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff, and LLUDIWG E. HOHMANN A/K/A LUDWIG E. HOHMANN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUDIWG E. HOHMANN A/K/A LUDWIG E. HOHMANN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 5thday of December, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK X, SUN HAVEN, UNIT 3, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
