NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 1, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-056237 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the LXS 2007-16N Trust Fund is the Plaintiff and Robert A. Schunn; Judy W. Schunn; Robert A. Schunn, Co-Trustee of the Schunn Family Trust, dated March 30, 2009; Judy W. Schunn, Co-Trustee of the Schunn Family Trust, dated March 30, 2009; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Schunn Family Trust, dated March 30, 2009; St. Tropez-Fort Myers Condominium Association, Inc.: Riviera-Fort Myers Master Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 5 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
