UNIT 302 OF FIRST HARBOUR TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 223, PAGE 292, AND IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AD ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
commonly known as 2350 W FIRST ST APT 302, FORT MYERS, FL 33901 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Kari D. Marsland-Pettit of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 30 days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
