NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 1, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-051002 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR17 Trust, Plaintiff and Scott D. Chambers are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 5, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 26, UNIT “E” ISLAND PARK SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 100-101, AS AMENDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 49-50.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
