NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of foreclosure filed November 5, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-053486 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO PRINCIPAL RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and JOHN STAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1, TRACT 'L' OF FOUNTAIN LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 12 THROUGH 14 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
