NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed November 6, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-055710 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-CW1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff, and DANNIEL W. UTLEY A/K/A DANIEL UTLEY A/K/A DANIEL W. UTLEY A/K/A DANNIEL UTLEY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 9 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 130, UNIT 11, NORTH 1/2 OF SECTION 27, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
