NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed November 6, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-050943 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Bruce L. Hallstrom are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, RUN NORTH 89 degrees 05' 30” east along the north line of said section 35, township 45 south, range 22 east, a distance of 1886.55 feet to a point in the center of sr 767, a/k/a pine island blvd.; thence south 11 degrees 43' 15” east along the centerline of said road, a distance of 2143.54 feet; thence north 78 degrees 16' 45” east along the northerly r/w line of st. jude blvd 360 feet to the point of beginning; thence north 11 degrees 43' 15” west 125 feet; thence by the waters of a canal north 78 degrees 16' 45” east 80 feet; thence by the waters of a canal south 11 degres 43' 15” east 125 feet; thence along the northerly r/w line of st. jude blvd south 78 degrees 16' 45” west 80 feet to the point of beginning. being lot 1, block 2, of a plat to be recorded as unit 1, of st. jude harbors and lying in the section 35-45-22, lee county, florida, fronting on the northerly side of an 80 foot road, and with tidal canal frontage on the north and east sides with full riparian rights.
