NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-053164 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to Lasalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-HY1, is the Plaintiff and Joseph P. Leslie, Laura A. Leslie, Tropical Cove Homeowners' Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 5 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, TROPICAL COVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE(S) 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
