NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-020675 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which National City Mortgage, a Division of National City Bank, is the Plaintiff and Joshua J. Fairbanks, Crosstown Center Association Inc., Crosswynde Condominium Association, Inc., Hillsborough County, Florida, John Doe N/K/A Greg Gonzalez, Unknown Spouse of Joshua J. Fairbanks, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 8-104, OF THE CROSSWYNDE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15774, AT PAGE 503, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
