NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-000737 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which US Bank National Association, as Trustee for GSMPS Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-RP1, is the Plaintiff and Goldia Marie Stobaugh a/k/a Goldia M. Parsley a/k/a Goldia S. Parsley, Brandon Brook Homeowners Association, Inc., Citifinancial, Inc. d/b/a Citifinancial Services, Inc., Archie J. Parsley a/ka Archie J. Parsley II, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
