NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-013511 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Trust 2007-AR1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR1 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated February 1, 2007, is the Plaintiff and Kimberly K. Humphrey, Randall J. Humphrey, Thomas Alvin Mitcham, Magnolia Green Homeowners' Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for DHI Mortgage Company, LTD, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
