NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-004137 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF EMC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2003-A, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-A, is the Plaintiff and Terry S. Ortelli, Paul Dewayne Ortelli, Jr., Bank of America, N.A., Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Sterling Ranch Master Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
