NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 04, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-014702 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein RESIDENTIAL FUNDING COMPANY, LLC is the Plaintiff and DANA K DRAKE; DANIEL G DRAKE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TOWNHOMES OF LAKEVIEW VILLAGE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DAVID MARRETT, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ANDREA SERVICE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/21/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
