NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 17, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 08-CA-023651 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and LEILA POLANCO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEILA POLANCO; HAROLD O. POOLE, JR. A/K/A HAROLD POOLE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HAROLD O. POOLE, JR. A/K/A HAROLD POOLE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WELLINGTON NORTH AT BAY PARK HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLINGTON SOUTH AT BAY PARK HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/06/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
