NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 14, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-031427 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FM2 , ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, EDWARD C. BORSDORF, III, SHERRI D. BORSDORF, SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSICATION, INC., JANE DOE , JOHN DOE , are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of December , 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 43, Block F, South Fork Unit 4, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 98, Pages 88-95, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
