Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 23, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK A 1, MAP OF FIRST ADDITION TO CASTLE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 10108 LANTANA AVE N, TAMPA, FL 33612; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on December 11, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
