Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 23, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THE WEST 15 FEET OF LOT 10 AND ALL OF LOT 11, BLOCK 4, TROPICAL TERRACE UNIT NO.1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING SUBJECT LAND ON THE SOUTH.
and commonly known as: 3114 WEST MARLIN AVENUE, TAMPA, FL 33611; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on December 11, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
