A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A AMANDA ROBINSON, and TENANT #2 N/K/A GARY ROBINSON are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/21/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE NORTH 165.06 FEET OF THE SOUTH 330.12 FEET OF THE EAST 264.0 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE EAST 25.0 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 12, SUBJECT TO EXISTING EASEMENTS OVER THE EAST 25.0 FEET THEREOF AND SELLERS RESERVE UNTO THEMSELVES AND THEIR GRANTEES AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE EAST 25.0 FEET AND THE SOUTH 25 FEET THEREOF.
