NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-024324 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Mary Ann Burchette, Tenant #1 Dewayne Mckibben, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
