NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-004543, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC. is the Plaintiff and DAMON BROWN, JR.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CHANCENA J. BROWN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS EXHIBIT IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN DEED BOOK 8592 AT PAGE859 AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS.
LOT 7 IN BLOCK 2 OF KING'S V1LLAGE, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY 1 FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
