Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated October 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 12-CA-016399 , in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and JOSE CARLOS GALDAMEZ, et al., are the Defendants, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
The Part of the North 3/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 21, Township 28 South, Range 21 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the West 1092.00 feet thereof; and that part of the West 397.00 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 21, lying South of State Road 400 (Interstate Highway 4). Subject to right-of-way for Glen Harwell Road.

Commence at a found 2” iron pipe marking the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said section 21, thence N 00°16`45” W along the West line of said Southeast 1/4 for 794.28 feet to a point on the existing Southerly limited access right-of-way line of State Road 400 (Interstate 4); thence along said limited access right-of-way line the following five (5) courses: 1) N 89°44`34” E for 591.14 feet; 2) N 00°15`26” W for 32.00 feet; 3) N 89°44`34” E for 480.39 feet to a point of curvature of a curve; 4) Easterly along the arc of said curve concave Southerly, having for its elements a radius of 17120.73 feet, a certain angle of 00° 04` 06”, an arc length of 20.46 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of N 89°46`37” E for 20.46 feet to a point of intersection with the East line of the West 1092.00 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 21, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING; 5) continue Easterly along the arc of said curve concave Southerly, having for its elements a radius 17120.73 feet, a central angle of 02°06`32”, and arc length of 630.18 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of S 89°08`04” E for 630.15 feet to a point on the East line of West 397.00 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 21; thence S 00° 17` 20” E along said East line for 77.44 feet; thence S 89°11`07” W for 74.84 feet to a point on the arc of a non tangent curve (a radial line bears S 01°43` 40” W to a center of said curve), thence Westerly along the arc of said curve concave Southerly, having for its elements a radius of 34207.47 feet, a central angle of 00°55`49”, an arc length of 555.41 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of N 88°44`15” W for 555.40 feet to a point on the East line of the West 1092.00 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 21; thence N 00°16`45” W, along said East line, for 75.78 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
