NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement and Final Judgment in Favor of Plaintiff, Harbour Court Condominium Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 11th day of October, 2013, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on December 6, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Condominium Parcel Unit 2303-A, Building 2, Harbour Court, Phase I, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, page(s) 23 and 42, respectively, and being further described in that certain declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4991, Page 369 et seq., of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
and improvements thereon, located in the Harbour Court at 1000 S. Harbour Island Boulevard, #2303, Tampa, Florida 33602 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
