NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated October 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-015673 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 5th day of December, 2013at 10:00 a.m. via the website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ½ OF EAST ½ OF SOUTHEAST ¼ OF NORTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, LESS NORTH 70 FEET THEREOF FOR MUTUAL ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
