NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 15, 2013 in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-018243 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DEAN ENERGY LLC A DELAWARE LLC AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST NO. 6808 DATED SEPTEMBER 10, 2009, VALIA JOHNSON A/K/A VALIA Y. JOHNSON A/K/A VALIA S. JOHNSON , LOGAN GATE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A STEVE OLD, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VALIA JOHNSON A/K/A VALIA Y. JOHNSON A/K/A VALIA S. JOHNSON, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of December, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
