NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated November 5, 2013 regarding the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of August, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-033337 of the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida wherein THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT WESTWOOD LAKES, INC., is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH A. LILES and TERRANCE F. LILES are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 27th day of December 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013:
