LOT 79, SANCTUARY ON LIVINGSTON PHASE 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 93-102 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 19712 WILDWATER COVE, LUTZ, FL 3355,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash by electronic sale at 10:00 a.m. on the 10th of December, 2013, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
