NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-013119, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA10 is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM BEAVER and PHYLLIS BEAVER are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 6th day of December 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 6, BEACON MEADOWS UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR THE GENERAL USE AND ENJOYMENT OF THE GRANTEE HEREIN OVER AND ACROSS THE EASTERLY MOST 3 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 6, PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 79, AND RESERVING INTO THE GRANTOR A SIMILAR EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE EASTERLY MOST 3 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 6, PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 79, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AS SHOWN ON THE DEED AND SURVEY RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3525, PAGE 524, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
