NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-010777, DIVISION: N, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLCNATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and BILLIE ZEBOLD; KIRKLAND ZEBOLD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. NOMINEE FOR RBS CITIZENS, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 6 AND 7, AND THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOTS 14 AND 15 AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF THE WEST 100 FEET OF LOT 14, ALL IN BLOCK 179, MAP OF PORT TAMPA CITY, TOGETHER WITH THE CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING SAID LOTS ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND THE WEST 100 FEET OF LOTS 14 AND 15, LESS THE SOUTH 20 FEET, THEREOF, BLOCK 179, MAP OF PORT TAMPA CITY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
