NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 05, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-019751 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ANAY ALVAREZ; JORGE I LOPEZ; PALMERA POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/22/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 7938 HANLEY ROAD, BUILDING 1 , OF PALMERA POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15983, PAGE 0711, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16253, PAGE 0455, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
