UNIT NO. 16 IN BUILDING A OF PALMA CEIA OAKS II, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4336 BEGINNING AT PAGE 1724 AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 80, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO.
commonly known as 3102 W HORATIO ST UNIT 16, TAMPA, FL 33609 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Paul M. Messina, Jr. of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before August 20, 2012, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
