STATEMENT OF MARKETABLE TITLE ACTION
Theresa Arbor Property Owners' Association, Inc. (the “Association”) has taken action to ensure that the Declaration of Restrictions for Theresa Arbor Subdivision recorded in Official Records Book 4293, Page 1102, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, FL (hereinafter “Original Declarations”), and as amended in Official Records Book 4547, Page 798, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, and as may be further amended from time to time, and currently burdening the property of each and every member of the Association retain its status as the source of marketable title with regard to the transfer of a member's residence. To this end, the Association has caused the notice required by Chapter 712, Florida Statutes, to be recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, in Official Records Book 22222, Page 789. Copies of this notice and its attachments are available through the Association pursuant to the Association's governing documents regarding the official records of the Association and the applicable statute.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK, FOR 2 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY pursuant to F.S. 712.06(2)(b).
