NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-10319-CO-042 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CAPTIVA CAY HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and WAYNE E. SHIPP is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of December, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 5, CAPTIVA CAY TOWNHOMES PHASE III, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 117, pages 91 and 92, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
