NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale dated October 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52 2009 CA 018850 CI 08 in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, FKA BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2001KS3 was the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN EDYTH PRINCE A/K/A KATHLEEN PRINCE A/K/A KATHLEEN E. PRINCE, ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 6th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 24 IN BLOCK 31 OF MEADOW LAWN - SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, ON PAGES 43, 44 & 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
