NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described in Exhibit A at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, on December 31, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
