NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-348-CI-15, of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Gulf Crest Home Owners Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Judy S. Rockwood, Trenna J. Phillips, Ann Marie Gonseth and Laurie Molleur are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 3, 2013, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Unit 24 of GULF CREST MOBILE HOME PARK, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “A” (plot plan), of the Master Form Occupancy Agreement as recorded in Official Records Book 8237, Page 564, and as amended in O.R. Book 13178, Page 165, and that certain Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 8598, Page 31, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
TOGETHER WITH any equity owned in said unit or any assets of GULF CREST HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and including Membership Certificate # 144, representing one (1) share in GULF CREST HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., Florida non-profit corporation, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, including one (1) 1966 Monz mobile home, VIN # 5640, Title # 0002572843, and Real Property Decal # 12458808, with all attachments, additions, furniture, fixtures, air conditioning/heating units attached to or made a part of the mobile home now owned or hereafter at any time made or acquired, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto (the “Mobile Home”) commonly known as 6985 Seminole Blvd Unit 24, Seminole, FL 33772-6019.
