NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2007-CA-011608 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-8, Plaintiff and Theresa Scott and Johnny Scott, her husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK F, GREENWOOD PARK NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
