NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-014197-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and CAROL HAREN A/K/A CAROL A. HAREN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL HAREN A/K/A CAROL A. HAREN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; TRADEWINDS EAST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of December 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 143, TRADEWINDS, A CONDOMINIUM, FORMERLY CLEARWATER EAST, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4270, PAGE 1023 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20 PAGES 114 THROUGH 116, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
