NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-006573-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, as Trustee, fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee, as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee for RAMP 2006RS3 was the Plaintiff and DUNIA LLERENA, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 17th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
