NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-006435-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2007EMX1 was the Plaintiff and TONI MARRIOTT, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 17th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
