NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-001702-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank Nat'l Trust Co, As Trustee For Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-wl2, is the Plaintiff and Haydee Williams, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, as successor in interest to Long Beach Mortgage Company, Tenant #1 n/k/a Eric Martin, Tenant #2 n/k/a Cally Williams, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 31 AND THE EASTERLY 15 FEET OF LOT 32, BLOCK 88, PLAN OF NORTH ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
