NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2007-CI-010899 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for The Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-backed Trust Series INABS 2007 -A, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-backed Certificates, Series INABS 2007-A Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated March 1, 2007, is the Plaintiff and Brian Russo a/k/a Brian J. Russo, Banker Insurance Company, Karen Russo a/k/a Karen A. Russo, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 9th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
