NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit I-103, BUILDING NO. I, IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Official Records Book 1953-1993, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, page 110-111, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3044 Eastland Boulevard, #103, Clearwater, Florida 33761.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 6, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
