NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-005611-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and VOJISLAV GAZIBARIC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VOJISLAV GAZIBARIC; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CONCORD VILLAGE SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 3 INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 2nd day of December 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 204, OF CONCORD VILLAGE SOUTH CONDOMINIUM NO. 3, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 99 THROUGH 107, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERATAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4124 PAGE 1237, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
