NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-014109-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for J.P Morgan Alternative Loan Trust 2006-A6, is the Plaintiff and Christopher T. Michael, Susan M. Michael A/K/A Susan Michael, Bank of America, N.A., Parkside Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant #2 N/K/A Ragan Jernigan, Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A Jill Jernigan, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 76, PARKSIDE SUBDIVISION, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
