NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about October 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-013213-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, As Trustee For Morgan Stanley Abs Capital I Inc. Trust 2007-HE4 Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2007-HE4, is the Plaintiff and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Sandra R. Prindle, Ridgemoor Master Association, Inc., Maria L. Suarez, Three Farrell Park Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 109, OF FARRELL PARK CONDOMINIUM III, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICITIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5926, PAGE 1255 THROUGH 1318, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 83, 84 AND 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
