NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, under and pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure (“Judgment”), dated October 22, 2013, entered in Case No. 11-297 CI-15 in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, and under and by virtue of the terms of the said Judgment, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 11th day of December, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. (EST), the same being a legal sales day and the hour a legal hour of sale, the real and personal property situated in Pinellas County, Florida and legally described as follows:
UNIT G, BUILDING 4, THE MOORINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4948, PAGE 1533 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
STREET ADDRESS: 356 MOORINGS COVE DR #4G, TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34689 (the “Subject Property”).
The property aforesaid, together with all improvements, buildings, fixtures, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, is being sold to satisfy Plaintiff's claims under said Judgment.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
