NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-001143, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-2, is Plaintiff and MIQUEL RAMIREZ A/K/A MIGUEL RAMIREZ A/K/A MIGUEL A. RAMIREZ; MICHELLE RAMIREZ, are defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 116, MAP OF SUTHERLAND, AS FILED FOR RECORD MARCH 29, 1988 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
ALSO DESCRIBED AS:LOT 4, BLOCK 116, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF THE TOWN OF SUTHERLAND AS FILED FOR RECORD MARCH 29, 1988 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
