NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522012CA002741XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and GEORGIA M MCNULTY, TIERRA 1 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., TIERRA VERDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGIA M. MCNULTY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd day of December, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 211, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TIERRA I, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5067, PAGE 9, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 43 THROUGH 47, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
