NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-020388 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Home Equity Asset Trust 2006-3 Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Darleene Weber, FIA Card Services, N.A., f/k/a Bank of America Corporation f/k/a MBNA America Bank N.A., Greenbriar Club, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 419, GREENBRIAR UNIT 6-B, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 107 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
